I have a unique combination of formal training that began over 15 years ago and includes certification in Reiki, certification in Mind-Body Coaching, and endorsement as an Intuitive Reader. I'm also trained in Healing Touch levels 1-3. My approach during sessions with clients combines all that I've learned and addresses healing on all levels - mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
Although I've always been fascinated with health, healing, and the spiritual realm, my own health crisis is really what propelled me into deeper study of it all. For several years I dealt with an array of health issues that seemed to arise suddenly including digestive issues, weight loss, chronic headaches, widespread muscle pain and tension, and severe fatigue. I had a feeling that there was a way for me to heal, but I just wasn't sure how. That's when I discovered the mind-body approach.
My relief began as I explored mind-body tools. I learned to connect with my body, process emotions (at the level of the body), observe my thoughts, and tune into my inner wisdom. As I continued to focus inward, my healing techniques quickly evolved into the energetic and spiritual realm. I began to use light to release past experiences, call on guides for support during sessions, and more.
With an interest in this energetic realm, I decided to expand my skills and become trained at intuitive reading and I currently use intuition in every session I offer. And I've found I have a special interest and knack for using my intuitive skills within energy healing sessions as I work within the body and energy field of each client.
Beyond improving my physical pain and health issues, I have been able to use the techniques I've learned and developed to upgrade the "rest" of my life. I have improved relationships, released self-doubt, let go of fears, dissolved triggers, cleared blocks, and more! I now love helping others energetically release their issues, connect with themselves on a deeper level, and watch their lives change for the better.
When I'm not doing healing work, I love to spend time in nature, play and watch sports, and travel to explore new areas. I'm so thankful for all that I've learned because it's helped me release what's no longer serving me, know myself deeply, and live a life that aligns with who I am.
