This is not your normal coaching session. I'll hold an energetic space for you and use my intuition to guide the session specifically for you. I will use an energetic/mind-body/intuitive approach to help you tune into your body and tap into your intuition to receive the release, information, and guidance you need. This can help you clear the energy behind your issue(s) and connect with yourself on deeper levels. Inner child healing, healing ancestral patterns, releasing thoughts and beliefs systems, releasing emotions, relieving physical symptoms, etc. can all be addressed using my coaching methods. Intuitive Readings
​
Intuitive readings help to bring awareness, understanding, and clarity to the issues you are experiencing. During each session, I'll look at the energetics (beliefs, patterns, past experiences, relationship energy flows, chakras, etc.) connected to, affected by, or causing your issue. I'll also offer practical and/or energetic next steps. Readings are offered in 30-minute or 60-minute formats. To purchase, click on the button below. Use this FREE 15-30 minute discussion as an opportunity to explore the idea of working with me. I'll answer any questions you have about what I do and how it may help you. You'll also share some basic information with me about yourself and why you are looking to have this session.
Energy Healing Session / 60 minutes / $120

During an energy healing session, you get to relax and receive healing on all levels. I set a safe space for the session, connect with source, invite in relevant angels and guides, and hold a high vibration throughout the session. After we have a chance to talk about what you want to target (whether general or specific), I'll lead you through a unique mini-meditation tailored just for you. Then, I'll use my intuition to guide my focus into your body, energy field, and/or into particular chakras to help release the energetic blocks and raise the vibration of these areas. I'll keep you informed of where my focus is and you are welcome to share what you're noticing or ask questions at any time. A minimal amount of visualization or coaching may be offered as needed throughout the session. At the end I'll share a few practical or energetic tools or tips for you to use following the session to help with integration.
